Morris Material Handling offers a complete range of P&H pre-engineered standard cranes.
Cranes are designed by applying the standard components that meet
your specific application. Cranes are then structurally fabricated,
assembled and tested by our regionally based Morris Material
Handling Centers or Authorized Regional Crane Partners at an
affordable price and reduced lead time.
Component Features:
Hoist/Trolley - P&H hoists and trolleys are tailored to
your clearance, lift, and speed requirements, utilizing standard or
custom-engineered components. Available for light and heavy duty
applications.
End Trucks/End Carriages - P&H end trucks are constructed
from structural tube and are available for single girder top
running or underhung cranes, and double girder top running cranes.
P&H end trucks are also available for light or heavy duty
applications.
Wheel Assemblies - All P&H wheel assemblies are precision
machined and available in several harness ranges. They are
available with rotating for fixed axle assemblies.
Crane Control Method - Both P&H pushbutton stations and radio
control are available as options and come in configurations to meet
your needs.
Controls - P&H offers a full range of control schemes to
satisfy your requirements for speed, positioning accuracy, and
maintainability. Control types are range from single speed when
accuracy is not critical, through SMARTORQUE® adjustable
frequency control for the ultimate in positioning and speed control.
Speed Reducers - P&H offers a wide range of bridge and
trolley/crab speeds that are job matched with P&H motors and brakes
and designed specifically for hoist and crane duty.
