Morris Material Handling Brand Identity Update

MILWAUKEE, WI (August 20, 2007) – The legal statutory name of the US (and Mexican) operating entity SPH Crane & Hoist, Inc. (d.b.a. Morris Material Handling) has been officially changed to Morris Material Handling, Inc.

In conjunction with this change, the brand identity is being modified to highlight the company name, Morris Material Handling, Inc., while clearly identifying and promoting the well known P&H® brand of products and services. The new identity ties the two together, providing a modern, consistent and clear message without creating a radical departure from the established brand recognition, equity and history that has been created over the years. The new identity (including tag line) is evident in this press release and on the restructured web site www.morriscranes.com.

In addition, the legal name of our Canadian statutory company Kaverit Steel & Crane ULC has been changed to Kaverit Cranes & Service ULC; Kaverit is one of the best-known names in the Canadian crane industry. This will be the name of our Canadian operating entity across all of Canada.

The operating company in Chile will continue to be called Morris Chile Limitada.

The P&H® trademark is recognized world wide as a symbol of craftsmanship, design expertise and material handling innovations.
