MODERNIZATIONS SERVICES
Our services include increasing crane load capacity, speeds and replacing existing motor controls with the latest adjustable frequency controls. Modifications can be made to improve duty cycle performance and reduced maintenance. Adaptation for special lifting grabs and magnets can be implemented as well as cab to floor control conversions (push-button, radio and infrared). Modernization also allows customers to implement the latest safety features.

ENGINEERING SERVICES
Morris Material Handling offers our customers a variety of diverse services. We are capable of providing building and runway analyses including columns and foundations. We also prepare uprate feasibility studies and certification. Our engineers undertake structural analysis including damage assessment, failure analysis, and repair cost studies. Our many other services include crane span changes, safety evaluations for code and statutory compliance, productivity studies and duty cycle analysis, preventative maintenance analysis and automation studies. We can provide on-site evaluations (24 hours/day).

MOTOR REWINDS - Bringing your crane motor back to original performance.
At Morris Material Handling we know your motor's correct design specifications. Our rewind services offer genuine P&H components and a one-year warranty on rebuilds. Only Morris Material Handling can determine the exact banding procedure, proper varnishes, epoxies, and wire specifically designed for your crane and application. We replace motor shafts and dip the stator and rotor the number of times according to the specification. We check for core loss and replace, if necessary, with proper laminations and stack heights.
